  • The personal data will be processed for the recruitment to the MUA, pursuant to the GDPR regulation under Article 6 (1) b for the purpose of preparing and signing the Agreement. Additionally, the personal data will be processed by the MUA for legitimate interests of the data controller regarding contact with the candidates and facilitation of the effectiveness of recruitment and admission.
  • Your data will be stored for the period of five years following your graduation or the end of your study/internship period to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
  • Pursuant to GDPR (EU) 2016/679) you have right to access to your data and their rectification, removal or limiting data processing, moving the data,

  • Providing us with your personal data is voluntary, however your refusal to do so will prevent us from making provision for any educational services between you and the MUA.

  • You have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection if you feel that the University's processing of your personal data violates the regulations on the protection of such data.
  • Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be profiled.
