The Covid-19 pandemic has radically affected the teaching system at the Military University of Aviation. The education has been moved from lecture halls to the online platform. However, despite the very difficult situation and peculiar teaching conditions, the program is implemented in over 90%.

On April 14, 1927, the Air Force Officer School was moved from Grudziądz to Dęblin. "School of Eaglets" is the most prestigious and legendary military school in Poland.

In 2020, there is is the 80th anniversary of the Katyn Massacre. It was where the Stalinist authorities of the USSR committed crimes against the Polish elite. This tragic event is permanently inscribed in the pages of history of World War II and humanity. Today, subsequent generations of Poles pay the tribute to the memory of the Polish patriots who remained faithful to their homeland until the end of their days.

Rector-Commandant of the Military University of Aviation, Brig. Gen. Pil. Piotr Krawczyk, PhD, paid tribute to the victims of the Tu-154M airplane crash of April 10, 2010. This year's celebration was overshadowed by the coronavirus epidemic.

The system of learning at the Military University of Aviation has changed markedly since the COVID-19 pandemic was announced. Within  just a few days, the entire educational system was transformed and modified. The university has also received new tasks and guidelines from the Ministry of National Defense.
